Dane Cook’s motto “Be in it”
Dane Cook’s motto is a simple yet powerful statement that he lives by and encourages everyone to do the same. “Being in it” means being present, doing what you love and enjoying life to its fullest while you’re here on this planet. It also means not worrying about what you don’t have or what others think of you because those things are not important; all that matters is the now and whatever path leads us to our destination (i.e., death).
Although many people may see this as an overly simplistic idea, they would be wrong because it encompasses so much more than just working toward your goals every day with no regard for how long each task takes or even whether or not it will work out at all! As someone who has struggled with procrastination my entire life, having a mantra like “Be in it” has helped me focus on being present instead of worrying about my future—and let me tell you: It feels amazing!
